Holy Week

Judas leads Roman soldiers to the garden where Christ is to be arrested. Their headquarters is San Nicolas by Guerrero Park where the traitor stews in hatred. Arriving at the garden in the atrium of the Santa Prisca, he cries “He who I kiss” as he goes up to Jesus to indicate him. Judas receives a bag of silver coins; he sounds and shakes them over his head as the shrill whistle of the soldiers sounds, as Christ is led out blindfold, a prisoner. The scene shifts to the ExConvent of San Bernardino as Christs body has been laid out after his execution with the crucified thieves painted against a clouded sky by the artist Victor Hugo Segura. Original music composed and performed by Lady Master Marin.
